WHAT WE SUPPORT AND WHY
School-based partnerships
AllHealth Network behavioral health staff provide mental health and substance use services in elementary, middle, and high schools in five school districts. Students and parents may self-refer for services provided during the school day. All services are confidential (i.e., information is not accessible to school staff) and are billed through health insurance/Medicaid.
Law enforcement partnerships/services
Officers in our community are often the first responders to individuals experiencing mental health or substance use symptoms. AllHealth Network provides mental health and substance use focused training for law enforcement and partners with officers in the field through our Mobile Response Unit, Co-Responder Program, and PATH Program. It is important for AllHealth Network to have close connections to assist with behavioral health needs, whenever possible, for individuals who encounter the criminal justice system or local law enforcement.
Crisis Services
AllHealth Network is proud to offer a variety of crisis service options for those in need. Our Crisis Walk-In Center is open 24/7, 365 to address mental health crises whenever they may occur. Bridge and Santa Fe House provides in-patient care to stabilize and assess individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. Through our law enforcement partnerships, our dedicated staff is able to reach those in need where they are with our Mobile Response Unit, Co-Responder Program, and PATH programs.
MRU
The Mobile Response Unit is sent into the community by police dispatchers to respond to low-level crisis calls to assist community members experiencing behavioral, mental health, substance use, or homelessness concerns. Calls may include welfare checks, non-emergent suicidal ideation, and other low level behavioral health crisis situations.
Assessment Center
As an assessment and care connection provider, the Assessment Center understands that finding the right behavioral health care can be challenging. With many providers to consider and channels to search, finding a correct diagnosis and a provider that matches your needs can be a long and frustrating process. The Assessment Center strives to make your journey into the behavioral health community as smooth as possible using their specialized licensed therapists to help identify appropriate next steps and a care connection specialist to walk alongside you to get to the next step.
