A Nebraska native, Dr. House graduated from the University of Denver and trained at the University of Nebraska School of Medicine. After psychiatry training at the University of Colorado, he held faculty roles and directed Denver Health's psychiatry services. He served 28 years in the Army Reserve, achieving the rank of Colonel. Currently, he serves on the boards of AllHealth Network and Signal (a substance use and recovery services organization) and teaches at the School of Medicine.

Dr. Henricks has served as President and CEO of AllHealth Network since March 2017, growing its revenue from $32M to $70M. Named a Top Healthcare CEO by the Denver Business Journal in 2022, he has over 30 years of experience in behavioral health. He holds a BA from Augustana College, an MA and Ph.D. from Miami University, and an MBA from Marquette University.

Keith Larson, CFO/CBO of AllHealth Network and principal consultant for Mission Field, has over 30 years of senior leadership in engineering, sales, finance, and operations. He has held executive roles at major companies, served on TiE's Global Board, and is President of the Colorado Medical Group Management Association. He holds degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Iowa State University, and IMD in Switzerland.

Kathleen, a classically trained actress, has a 35-year career on Broadway, Off-Broadway, and in TV and film. A graduate of the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, she has worked with notable directors and actors and performed in Shakespeare festivals. Kathleen also teaches acting and has won numerous awards, including the Lunt-Fontanne Fellowship. She serves on various boards, actively fundraising for children's mental health and other causes.

Janet is the Senior Administrative Associate for the AllHealth Foundation with nine years of service. She has held roles at ONEOK, Maximus, Kansas Health Solutions, and the Diabetes Foundation Center. She is also an Executive Assistant for AllHealth Network executives and supports marketing. Recently, she became a Certified Administrative Professional (CAP).

Keri is the Senior Engagement Advisor at AllHealth Network, focusing on marketing and community engagement. She has a background in talent representation, visual storytelling, and strategic community investment. Keri joined AllHealth in 2015, creating campaigns like “Like Minds…Leaders Take Action.” She co-produces events and recently led the AllHealth Foundation Employee Giving Campaign.
